Many years ago, I was introduced to alternative healing. It was interesting. I needed to learn a little more. As I learned more, I was amazed at how many different techniques are out there. Each one different but special in their own way. Later in life, the universe showed me the way and brought me to Reiki. It was my first Reiki class that introduced me to singing bowls. A few years later I went to The Reiki Center in Columbus, OH to become a Reiki Master. I then went on to learn more about the singing bowls. I studied and received a certificate in Vibrational Sound Therapy through the Vibrational Sound Association. Continuing the journey, I studied Integral Sound Healing through the Sound Healing Academy and received diplomas in Integral Sound Healing 1 to 1 with clients and Integral Sound Healing with Groups. I became a REMO Health Rhythms facilitator to learn more about how drumming can help us. Wanting to learn something a little different that I can share with others I took Access Bars.
