SELF EVALUATION
Understanding the dignity and worth of self and others is important to our relationship with ourselves, as well as our interactions with others. When we honor our own dignity and worth, we often take better care of selves, practice self-care and simultaneously are more understanding of the complexities of others. Our relationships are more genuine, and we are more easily able to forgive ourselves and others for mistakes. We also tend to believe in the ability for ourselves and others to learn and grow and become their best selves. Ask yourself: Do I love myself and care about myself, and do I forgive myself for the mistakes I’ve made? Do I easily accept and give complements to others?
