Lois Bunger, Owner, Synergy Yoga

It really is all about the energy.  As the owner of Synergy Yoga, my quest is to assist others in clearing and transmuting stuck energies on multiple levels, such as through the meridians, the chakra system and the energy field; as well as, at the deepest energy level.  I offer a variety of yoga classes, from the traditional to those more focused on energy medicine and qi gong.  Additionally, there is the option for working with me individually at a quantum level to release heavy debris from energetic wounds through shamanic healing processes.  I truly believe that yoga and energy medicine create incredible opportunities to make connections between mind, body and spirit, integrating higher energies for inner balance and peace.
