Introduction


The Whole Person-Centered Optimal Health & Wellness model is designed to empower individuals to achieve and maintain optimal health and wellness throughout their entire lifespan, regardless of economic and environmental factors (to the extent possible). This model is designed to be cross-cultural, and combine alternative health practices, traditional medicine, lifestyle medicine, allopathic medicine, osteopathic medicine, chiropractic medicine, modern medicines, counseling, coaching and mental, emotional and behavioral health practices, while emphasizing the “whole person” holistic approach.
