I Am Well Foundation is headquartered in Darke County, OH. Our first pilot program, I Am Well Darke County, connects residents of Darke County and surrounding areas with model-based events, a local Healthy You Dash, providers and practitioners, and a model-based physical space (coming fall 2023).
