SHARED GOALS

Relationships are strongest when people in the relationship have shared goals and are able to collaborate and share ideas in a safe and cooperative way. This can be accomplished by grounding relationships in mutual respect, a commitment to listening to one another, and a dedication to come up with shared solutions to any barriers and obstacles. It’s also important to frequently revisit, articulate and confirm shared goals to make sure all parties are on the same page.
